WHY PAUL?
The now (finally!) popularized design-thinking approach to product development is in fact a loose reflection of a rigorous methodology defined years prior: user-centred design. This is my practice.

I'm a manager who's actually managed, and a leader who's actually led. Innovation? I built that muscle while pioneering a discipline that for many years cut deeply against the cultural grain.
I have a thorough understanding of cognitive and behavioural psychology, research practices, and human capabilities and limitations. Let's face it: the world may be evolving rapidly, but our brains and bodies are not.
As an educator, I have the privilege of sharing my knowledge and experience as an instructor in the Industrial Engineering program at University of Toronto.
